The IMH NAB features a contemporary office environment geared towards work satisfaction. Juxtaposition of building spaces provides occupants with spaces to 'momentarily detach' from work and engage in brief activities or a quick recharge. The naturally ventilated link-ways protruding into the central semi-outdoor courtyard form focal points, connecting offices spaces together. This was also designed to maximise the permeation of daylight into the building. A dialogue with surrounding buildings is established with its revitalised expression of pitched roof forms with terracotta cladding.
